Wow…I have to say this contest has lived up to its “Bad Ass” name. I am honored to have so much awesome talent on my blog. And I’d like to really thank each and every bloggers that took the time to write their “Bad Ass” posts.
I’d also like to thank all of the Kick-Ass Sponsors that made the cash (and some non-cash) prizes possible. You can check out the full list of sponsors by clicking here.

Let me briefly explain how we came up with the winners. I had several independent judges (some of which are professional writers) that were asked to rate each post on a scale of 1 to 10 based its overall quality and creativity. I averaged all of these scores to determine the winners. Number of comments, amount of ReTweets and general social engagement was also looked at as a secondary metric that we used to determine the tie breakers (which there were several)

What a great contest and great list of winners. I'm thrilled my good mate Onibalusi was amongst the winners.

  • My day wasn’t go so well until I read this. I went to the gym this am and really hurt my wrist (trying to be young again and lift far too much weight!).

And I forgot my clean shirt to come home in, so I had to wear the sweaty one I had trained in.

But this makes up for that…I really enjoyed the contest – especially reading all the other amazing posts.

Thanks to Gerald and the sponsors. Great stuff.
