Excellent short list anyone can remember for narrowing searches down and especially useful for Google searches. I use DuckDuckGo lately for research purposes specifically because it has the deeper search functions built into the menu with the special characters for each type of search described right in the menu for easy access. Using the functions you describe above allows me to tighten up the results enough so that I usually don't have to go past the first page to find what I'm looking for.
Thanks!
