Kristi, you have written great post. Yes, the best way to organize the profiles is the spreadsheet. You can keep all the details related to the update in the spreadsheet as well as various details are easily manageable in the excel sheet.

Its really a big matter to update the every social media profile. And also a better way to organize the social media profile by maintaining such a spread sheet.
