All the growth thats happening these days is phenomenal, and I really believe individuals can make great things happen for themselves; provided they understand their niche and are willing to put in that sweat equity. I mean take a look at Google (sure its a taboo example) but when they started out all they wanted to be was a great search engine, they had no idea on how to monetize - just look at them now tho!
