I get emails from people requesting to guest post on Basic Blog Tips every day and the ones that get posted have used a similar approach to what you have outlined here.

There are many requests that get rejected simply because they don’t take the time to read the instructions properly. The tone they use in the request can also work against them.

For example, here’s the subject line to an email that gets deleted right away “you can get a guest post at no cost to you”
